Welcome to my on-line cook book. Well, it’s not really a book, but a collection of receipts and meal ideas posted to my LiveJournal over the past couple of years.

All the recipes here are based on meals from the restaurants where I have worked in my past. These are starting points for you to build upon. I can’t guarantee that your meals will look or taste exactly like mine, but I can say that if you approach each with an open mind, you will have lots of fun in your kitchen.
